Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

We will ship all items on your order within 1~2 business days via Korea Post (EMS).

It normally takes 7 to 21 business days to your door. (Refer to below the description of delivery time)

*Please make sure to enter you shipping address currently.

  • 5-10 Business days : South East Asia and Asia
  • 10-20 Business days : Australia, UK, USA and Canada
  • 10-30 Business days : France, Italy, Germany, Israel, Spain, Argentina and Europe
  • More than 30 days : Brazil, Middle east, Russian Ukraine, Malta and relay shipping countries

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

*In holiday season, delivery time may take longer than as normal.

*Buyers are responsible for paying all local custom fee and duties.

*Shipping may be delayed due to custom clearance process.

Returns

DOA/Defective goods will be refunded or exchanged depending on availability.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify their original purchase.

For any returns or exchange, please contact us first.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after the buyer get the item.

Product must be returned in its original packaging.  Customers may request for an exchange or refund less shipping and handling within 90 days.

The policy of customs clearance may differ from each country.

We are not responsible for any applicable customs charge, taxes and duties custom will be paid by the addressee.
